Well….Season 1 of R&B Divas: L.A. has come to an end. A season that started off with positivity, friendship and an idea to bring the ladies together, ended in arguments, tarnished friendships and a group of women that couldn’t work together. Interestingly, the Divas filmed their season 1 re-union only 3 weeks into the season. It was filmed in New York, with Wendy Williams as the host and tension was at an all time high. Of course, we have the inside scoop as to what went down, but we can only spill a little tea! Dawn Robinson did not show up to the tapping because she was not happy with the negative direction the show’s producers took the show, Wendy Williams was very upset about her absence. Lil Mo’ is campaigning hard for her own spin-off show with her husband. Mo’ was also, very unkind when speaking about Dawn Robinson (no different than on the show). Michel’le opened up more about her past relationships. Kelly opened up about her being abused as a child. Kelly also made peace with ‘almost’ every Diva. Chante was not interested in a reconciliation. And yes, Kelly has made amends with Fred.
The Re-union show airs on Wed. Sept 4th at 10pm and part 2 airs on Wed. Sept. 11th at 10pm on TV One. Catch a few clips below and stay tuned to CNikky for more updates on Kelly Price’s side of he story.
