Last night, Hollywood kicked off award season with the Golden Globes hosted by the hilarious Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.  The besties did a fantastic job of keeping it funny, but classy and it would be an in-justice if they aren’t invited back to host next year.  The big winners of the night included a suprise win by Don Cheadle for his show House Of Lies and Ben Afleck winning best director for Argo over Steven Spielberg (he wasn’t nominated for an Oscar?) and Argo also beating out Lincoln for Best Picture.

Jodie Foster won a lifetime achievement award and chose to come out publicly as a Lesbian during her speech.  Jennifer Lopez and Halle Berry stole the show with their over 40 fabulous looks (they put all the young girls to shame.)  Bill Clinton made a suprise appearance to introduce the movie Lincoln.  And Tarantino walked away with a Globe for his Screenplay of DJango Unchained.
