The message of the film, is that no matter what anyone else thinks, you should never settle when it comes to finding love. She explains why this message is so important.
What Is One Of The Memories, You Will Share With Your Son About Robin When He’s Older?
“I have to tell you that I always knew Robin would make a great dad. And I would probably tell him about…a couple things. He rubbed my feet every single day of my pregnancy, that he was in town. Which I thank him for that! Thank you, it helped a lot! And how he sang to our son. And the love that he’s given me and the support.”
“There’s so many stories! I don’t really know?! He makes a mean barbeque! OK! He’s a barbeque king! Like most men, that’s his fort-ay! But, I don’t know? I mean honestly, he’s my best friend. The best thing to happen to me.”
What’s Your Favorite Song or Lyric He Has Ever Sang To You?
“You know what, my favorite song of Robin’s, I love all his songs. I love his new album so much. But, I really have to say, there’s a song called ‘Dream World,’ that forever…it makes me cry. It’s one of my favorites. But, there’s so many to pick from. But, ‘Dream World,’ is an aspiration for a world we want to live in.”
Why Is It Important For People To Know They Should Not Settle For Just Any Relationship?
“I think the most important thing to know…the grass is always greener. You can’t live inside somebody. And I’ve got everybody’s phobias, fears and insecurities, you can’t imagine. But, the truth is, it’s not about finding someone to love you. It’s about loving yourself. And that’s what it’s about. At the end of the day, if you love yourself, that creates a glow and an energy and that draws people to you. And when you stop searching for someone to complete you, to define you and you exist on your own…there’s something so beautiful and attractive about that. So, I think really the most important thing is, we got to work on loving ourselves. And then, the rest will come.”
